The agave plants are harvested at peak maturity and slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens to develop their natural flavors.The tequila is then distilled three times to ensure a smooth and refined taste. After distillation, it is aged for at least three years in oak barrels that have been previously used for aging cognac. This aging process gives the tequila its rich amber color and complex flavor profile.
