Knob Creek Twice Barreled Rye Whiskey starts as our best-in-class. Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, then is transferred to a new, level-4 charred oak barrel for additional aging. This enhances the powerful oaky aroma and re-exposes the whiskey to the flavorful, smoky fresh barrel char for an optimal taste balance between spicy rye and oak from the secondary barrel-finish.

Smells like Dr Pepper and is very sweet with cherry and cinnamon and honey flavors. Oaky at the end. Very good.
